The medical grade air compressor is a miniature piston type compressor. When the motor drives the compressor crankshaft to rotate, the working volume of the medical grade air compressor composed of the inner wall of the cylinder, the cylinder head and the top surface of the piston will change periodically. Through the transmission of the connecting rod, the piston with self-lubrication without adding any lubricant can move back and forth.
When the piston of the piston compressor starts to move from the cylinder head, the working volume in the cylinder gradually increases → the gas moves along the intake pipe, and the medical grade air compressor pushes the intake valve and enters the cylinder until the working volume becomes larger. When the intake valve of the medical grade air compressor is blocked or the piston of the piston compressor moves in the opposite direction, the working volume in the cylinder is reduced and the gas pressure is increased. When the pressure in the cylinder reaches and is slightly higher than the exhaust pressure, the vent valve opens and the gas is discharged from the cylinder until the piston moves to the limit position, and the vent valve is blocked. This process is repeated when the piston of the piston compressor moves in the opposite direction again.
That is, the crankshaft of the piston compressor rotates once, the piston comes and goes once, and the process of air intake, compression and exhaust in the cylinder is realized one after another, that is, a working cycle is completed.
The working principle of the medical grade air compressor (oil-free air compressor/air pump): the motor starts to run after the power is supplied, and the compressed gas opens the one-way valve through the airflow pipe and enters the air storage tank, and the pressure of the air storage tank continues to rise. When the pointer of the pressure gauge on the tank reaches 7Bar, the pressure switch will automatically open after sensing the pressure, power off the motor, and the compressor will work under control.
The air enters the compressor through the air filter, the medical grade air compressor compresses the air, and the solenoid valve discharges the air pressure in the compressor head to 0. At this time, the pressure switch senses the pressure, and the gas pressure in the gas tank is still 7Bar. Then open the ball valve for gas transmission of gas storage tank, and the gas is driven to work through the device connected to the venting ball valve.
When the air pressure in the air storage tank drops to 5Bar, the pressure switch will automatically turn on after sensing, and power is supplied to the motor, and the medical grade air compressor will start working from the beginning.
